Celebrating the Divine Feminine

Video (Deutch) »

"I long ago realized that women have been taught to be unnaturally still, that women were designed to flow and move in every activity of life, to dance. It’s now time to relearn our natural flow and personal rhythm, to use it while engaged in every conceivable daily activity, in our careers, at home, or at play, to live the real dance of life.” ~Rita Harrison

"AYM is an “Active Yoga Meditation” for women that uses long forgotten techniques, putting into practice the true nature of woman and completely celebrating the Divine Feminine and everything that woman is."
