AYM for Women

(Active Yoga Meditation)

Celebrating the Divine Feminine

Powered by Rita Harrison & her Willow System

Are you ready for a totally new Yoga Experience?
AYM is absolutely different, as it’s not based on the Asanas but uses the natural feminine energy flow in its movements to create a deep state of meditation, self awareness and an instantaneous feeling of connectedness.

“If I were to use the traditional Sanskrit translation of Yoga as Oneness, AYM would be called:

I long ago realized that women have been taught to be unnaturally still, that women were designed to flow and move in every activity of life, to dance. It’s now time to relearn our natural flow and personal rhythm, to use it while engaged in every conceivable daily activity, in our careers, at home, or at play, to live the real dance of life.” ~Rita Harrison

The 3 phases of AYM:

Women have a constant connection to the Cosmos!

AYM has discovered women’s natural and constant connection to the Cosmos, or should I say rediscovered it. Women by their very nature must respond quickly to any situation, have to protect their families and make hundreds of decisions all at the drop of a hat, have no time to sit down quietly, unpack a cable, find an adapter, flip a switch to get connection to anything, let alone Atma, God, The Cosmos, The Divine Soul, or whatever you wish to call it.

When a woman is alone with her children and must make an important phone call, she gives them something to do, so they are quiet and she can better concentrate on the call. Similarly, the relevant part of the brain that deals with the "higher connection" needs a little peace and quiet to hear what’s coming through and that’s why she moves around, while "listening", giving her body something to do, so it can better concentrate (using both hemispheres of the brain).

Because that's her true nature! She is aware of what’s coming through and uses this information, be it from a friend on the phone, or her friend in the Cosmos, to enrich her life and that of the ones she loves!

Yoga means “oneness” and when a group of women gather in AYM, everything flows. There is no need to focus. They gain insights about their true selves and they hear who is trying to speak to them, as they completely surrender to the moment and celebrate the NOW.

"AYM is an “Active Yoga Meditation” for women that uses long forgotten techniques, putting into practice the true nature of woman and completely celebrating the Divine Feminine and everything that woman is."
